I do this through two ongoing pursuits:

Mastering how to maximise value for A first-class exit
I have experience in consumer, software, marketplaces, media, ecommerce and services, as a founder, investor, adviser and board member.
My focus:
I invest via No Brand, a private investment company. We back mission driven leaders, who are building for the long term and are benefiting from breakthrough technologies or online platforms, community, or network effects. I’m particularly interested in startups, emerging companies, or adaptive businesses that aim to be truly great and are set to benefit from The Code Age.
FounderCo: creating and realising life-changing value
I work alongside founders of established, profitable, founder-owned software, services and ecommerce businesses. At FounderCo, we help founders who are looking for equity growth, want to work towards being truly great and create a step-change in value over time.
Clear Value: A first-class exit
I’m a co-founder of Clear Value. We help founders of Australian and New Zealand ecommerce, software and services companies prepare for and manage a first-class exit, through Exit Preparation and Exit Management.
Other roles
I’m a co-founder of PriFi and I serve on the investment committee of ListedReserve. I remain a General Partner of Right Click Capital Growth Fund and Sydney Seed Fund, both funds are fully invested and in realisation.
